Support Points
The Points scheme offers you highly flexible support for
operating systems
and selected popular applications.
Working much like a telephone card, points only expire after 2 years and they are debited only when used – this means that you are not tied in to annual support contracts. Suited to organisations of all sizes from single user’s upwards. If you require same or next day response we can do that for you.

In the event of a problem, simply log a call with our Technical Services Department. A statement can be produced to indicate points purchased, showing when and how they were used. More detailed information on each call is available to you if required.
