Apple Certified Repair Technician

Trams Ltd is looking for and experienced and Apple Certified (ACMT) individual to join our Apple Authorised Service Provider team based in London (Battersea SW8).

Key Responsibilities

  • Work as part of a small but busy team based in Battersea to diagnose and carry out certified repairs to a full range of Apple desktop and portable computers.
  • Assessing computer faults and expediting repairs.
  • All repairs must comply with strict tests and quality control procedures as governed by our AASP status.
  • Undertake ongoing training to ensure certifications to work on new product releases.

Key Skills & Qualifications

  • Full up to date Apple Certified Macintosh Technician certification.
  • Experience working within an Apple Authorised Service Provider
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to follow documented work processes at all stages of the repair process.
  • Experience in repairing all recent models of Apple portable and desktop Macs.
  • Interest in technology, particularly Apple products and enjoyment of problem solving.
  • Enthusiasm and willingness to learn new skills and new technologies.
  • Working as part of a team with excellent communication skills at all levels.
  • Working within strict Data Protection and multiple ISO standards guidelines.

The opportunity exists for the successful applicant to receive training in the technical configuration of equipment in our configuration facility based at the same site.

Job Type: Full-time
Salary: £23,000 to £30,000 per annum
(depending upon qualifications and experience)
