Marketing Executive - Econocom UK

The Role

Econocom UK, part of the Econocom Group, is an expanding full digital services company with exciting growth plans in the UK. These expansion plans require a dynamic Marketing Executive to raise the profile of the company and generate leads through the creation and execution of marketing campaigns.

Based in the London office, reporting to the Head of Marketing, the successful applicant will work alongside Sales and be required to complete a wide range of marketing activities such as PR and communications, social media, videos, emails, events (online and in-person) and more.

The Econocom Group is headquartered in France and is part of a European group with more than 45 years of experience and 8,200 employees spread across 16 countries. The Marketing Executive will be required to utilise the marketing comms from HQ to continue the corporate messaging, whilst devising UK-centric messaging to open up potential new business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work on targeted campaigns to support the retention of clients and generate new business
  • Coordinate all email marketing to the company database and set up automation where possible
  • Oversee social media accounts and content creation for all channels (Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube)
  • Create content on different topics such as Finance, Sustainability and Technology
  • Working alongside Sales to create presentations and material to assist potential clients
  • Manage internal & external events including comms, registration, and onsite support.
  • Understand the market and highlight potential events or opportunities.
  • Website management including editing and updating
  • Manage the CRM tool and create clients and prospects list when needed
  • Undertake any other duties as requested by Senior Management

    Requirements:

    • Degree in marketing/design or respected CIM qualifications
    • 2-3 years experience in implementing and completing B2B marketing campaigns
    • 2-3 years of producing and distributing emails through MailChimp/DotMailer or other email platform
    • Ability to work independently on set projects
    • Background of working closely with sales to create a sales funnel
    • Aptitude to prioritise workload and multitask effectively
    • 1-2 years experience in event organisation; webinars, town hall meetings, and round tables.
    • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office; Word, PowerPoint and Excel
    • Positive attitude and willingness to work as a team to achieve company targets
    • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
    • Experience in dealing with individuals across all levels, including agencies, customers, partners and other stakeholders.
    • Creative, enthusiastic and dynamic individual with outstanding attention to detail and positive attitude
    • Hands-on approach and digitally savvy with an interest in automation

    Desired

    • Bilingual in English - French-speaking is a plus
    • Knowledge of HTML code
    • Background of Demand Generation Marketing
    • Experience in automated marketing
    • Ability to work with Adobe Creative Cloud: Photoshop, Illustrator and Dreamweaver
    • Video editing skills
