Through our Ticketing System we can monitor the timescale of raised faults, ensuring we keep to SLAs and automatically escalate any unsolved issues to 2nd or 3rd-level support staff.

We can also arrange collection of the device at your office, return it once it's repaired. Meaning, your downtime is minimal.

Customers wishing to book a hardware repair should use our online portal. Turnaround time on our repair services is between 5-7 working days with no appointment needed.
