If you don't want to be tied into an Annual contract, then purchasing a batch of points for support when you want it, maybe just what you want. Debited only when used, they last for up to 2 years. Suitable for organizations of all sizes.
Stock Holding & Configuration
We have a bonded facility where we hold equipment ready for call to clients. We can upgrade equipment if required with additional memory, Hard Disks, SSDs, Cache and so forth, alongside installing customers' software load sets and asset tagging of hardware.
Insurance and Extended Warranty
We offer a Trams three year extended warranty on Apple Macs and Macbooks, and an insurance-backed service for accidental damage and theft.
