Trams Pay-as-you-go Support Points

The Points scheme offers you highly flexible support for operating systems and selected popular applications. Working much like a telephone card, points only expire after 2 years and they are debited only when used – this means that you are not tied in to annual support contracts. Suited to organisations of all sizes from single user’s upwards. If you require same or next day guaranteed response we can do that for you.

Trams conducted and organised a 1,000 machine rollout. The project required onsite engineers for the duration, installation to desktop, data migration, user set-up and any training that was provided.



European and UK rollout with thousands of devices including Dell, Apple & HP Desktops / Laptops over the last 5 years; including warehousing, configuration, software imaging and asset tagging in the London facility.

Following a potential threat we provided onsite support for over 3,000 machines, ensuring the devices weren't affected by any malicious software. Trams also provided consultancy on shortfalls for future issues.

Annual On-Site Support on both Hardware and Software. 4 Hour and 8 Hour response,but can tailor specific support contracts to suit. Remote support available too. Our tailored support contracts would contain these services as an example:

If you don't want to be tied into an Annual contract, then purchasing a batch of points for support when you want it, maybe just what you want. Debited only when used, they last for up to 2 years. Suitable for organizations of all sizes.

Stock Holding & Configuration

We have a bonded facility that we hold equipment ready for call off to clients. We can upgrade equipment if required with additional memory, Hard Disks, SSDs, Cache and so forth, alongside installing customers software loadsets and asset tagging of hardware.

Insurance and Extended Warranty

We offer a Trams three year extended warranty on Apple Macs and Macbooks, and an Insurance backed service for accidental damage and theft.
