For all other support incidents, customers can raise an auto-support ticket by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org
For TramsCloud support, email email@example.com
This process generates a support ticket in our ERP system, “Netsuite”, that sends an auto-response to the client that allows you to track the progress of the ticket and allows you to provide any additional information or responses.
