In September, during a busy and productive IBC 2018 Trams were awarded “Partner of the Year” from key vendor Elements. This is the first time Trams has received the award, highlighting an exceedingly successful year for the company, with several new solutions for managing and distributing content for our customers.

Trams have utilised Elements solutions for several important projects, including:

  • Trams created a solution for a major Broadcaster which offered a complete ingest and playout solution based on Cinegy and ELEMENTS ONE 24 Bay with 2 x JBODs. Realtime 24 hours ingest with real-time editing in Adobe Premiere Pro as content is streamed in.
  • Trams provided another Radio and TV company with ELEMENTS GATEWAY, Worker Node and Media Library to provide Premiere Pro edit and workflow services, connected to a new Quantum SAN by tiering their content to multiple disk platforms and public cloud.
  • Trams also supplied two ELEMENTS 60 Bay NAS systems with NVMe to an English Premiership club to provide Adobe Premiere collaborative edit for Training and creation of pre-match content at their stadium.
“Tram’s reputation and competence in the marketplace has enabled ELEMENTS to deliver a powerful and growing business in the UK.”

explained Alistair Washbourn, ELEMENTS Commercial Director, adding

“We are delighted to recognise this achievement with our Partner of the Year Award.”
