Having the right support in place is key to keeping people productive and organisations running smoothly.

AppleCare for Enterprise is a support and warranty service for iPad, iPhone and Mac. Support options are available with onsite device repair or replacement and helpdesk support for IT-teams and end-users.

Unlimited 24/7 technical support helps ensure that the Apple hardware and software used at work performs at the highest level and delivers the seamless user experience for which Apple products are known.

Device Repair or Replacement

AppleCare for Enterprise includes flexible service options, priority onsite services, and as fast as next-business-day device repair or replacement. Depending on the plan you choose, you have the option to cover iPhone devices for two or three years; and iPad, Mac and Studio Display devices for two, three or four years from the date of your hardware purchase.

Devices that are lost or stolen are not covered.

In addition to onsite hardware coverage, customers have two options to repair or replace devices for any reason, including accidental damage.

  • Service Pool – Customers can get up to 5% of iPhone or iPad devices replaced or up to 2% of Mac computers repaired.
  • Service Pool+ – Customers can get up to 10% of iPhone or iPad devices replaced or up to 4% of Mac computers repaired.

Technical Support

For Employees

Employees get unlimited 24/7 technical support over the phone with Apple hardware and Apple-branded software (such as Keynote, Pages, and Numbers) including help with personal accounts, repair triage and setup. Having direct access to AppleCare Advisors helps reduce the load internal help desks saving valuable time for both the end-users and technical staff.

For IT departments

AppleCare for Enterprise includes AppleCare Help Desk Support, which provides unlimited telephone technical support for hardware and software diagnosis and troubleshooting and issue isolation for Apple-based solutions, including help for Apple Business Manager or Apple School Manager.

For more complex issues, AppleCare for Enterprise gives you one incident of IT department–level support each year. You’ll get help with complex deployment and integration scenarios, including MDM and Active Directory.

You can also purchase additional IT department support through an AppleCare OS Support agreement for an additional fee.

is available in volume-based price tiers:

Tier 1: 50+

Tier 2: 1000 - 4999

Tier 3: 5000+

Converting to AppleCare for Enterprise

A one-time conversion request is allowed for eligible devices converting from another AppleCare plan to AppleCare for Enterprise. Converted devices will continue with their previous terms but with additional benefits of ACE. AC+ conversions to ACE are at the Service Pool level.
