This process generates a support ticket in our ERP system “Netsuite” that sends an auto-response to the client allowing you to track the progress of the ticket and allows you to provide any additional information or responses.

Trams operates a dedicated help desk, manned from Monday through to Friday 9.00am to 5.30 pm. Fully trained and certified staff are on hand to deal with all aspects of your IT need, escalating complex issues to 2nd or 3rd line Support.
